On the backside youâll see one of Ye's most controversial selection of Merch. Displaying a rare Wes Lang piece of a skeleton holding up a scythe while wrapped in a torn up confederate flag. At the bottom of the shirt is scribbled âThe Winning Teamâ.
The use of the confederate flag used from Wes Langâs Art is voiced by Mr. West, âThe Confederate flag represented slavery in a way. That's my abstract take on what I know about it, right? So I wrote the song, 'New Slaves.' So I took the Confederate flag and made it my flag. It's my flag now. Now what you gonna do?"Â
